Cancellation Policy:
At Mi Bella Aesthetics, we strive to provide a personalized, positive experience for our clients. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays and emergencies can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request you to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. Please contact us at 216-319-1822.
Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment will be responsible for a fee of $75. If we are not in the office, please leave a detailed voicemail and/or text the office at 216-319-1822.
No Show Policy: Clients that fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be responsible for a No Show fee, which is a fee of $100 and will be charged immediately at time of apt.
Late show (over 15 min) will shorten the duration and protocol of the scheduled service(s) without reducing the cost of the scheduled service(s). If we don’t hear from you about the delay within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a No Show and the No Show fee (as above) will be applied.
